Policy + rules

All pictures remain the property of Jaielona Photo Co. for use of advertising and other purposes.

Online client galleries will expire 60 days from delivery. Please download and store your images in a safe place. Saving on multiple devices and/or on external hard drives is encouraged. Jaielona Photo Co. is not responsible for galleries that have not been downloaded by client. After 60 days galleries are archived and are not guaranteed to be restored. If available and requesting a gallery to be uploaded again to an online client gallery there will be a $50 upload fee. Rescheduling within 12 hours of your session is not permitted, however, rescheduling may be permitted due to unforeseen circumstances. Deposits are non-refundable if client chooses to cancel scheduled session. Being punctual is important, if you arrive late to your session you are at risk of losing session time. If a client is 15 minutes late without notice the session will be cancelled. Wedding deposits are non-refundable if client were to cancel. Rescheduling a wedding is a possibility upon approved availability of the photographer.
